In 2025, Pioneer Point Partners, a leading infrastructure investment fund whose mission is the decarbonization of European industry, took control of Arpex with the goal of strengthening its position as a leader in the Italian commercial and industrial photovoltaic market, equipping the company with the financial strength, tools, and management needed to achieve this goal. The founding partners, who remain shareholders, continue to lead the company to keep excelling.
